Every apartment has a private, locked garage, if necessary


Either I, or the property manager, will meet you when you arrive at the house.  We will give you the keys and show you how to operate the safe and the AC, acquaint you with the various amenities, and answer any questions you may have.  We are available throughout your stay via phone, text, email, or in person.  I will communicate with you in advance of your arrival to know when to expect you.  Check-in time is 4 pm, but it's often possible to check in earlier, and it's always possible to store your luggage in a secure, locked room prior to the official check-in time, if the apartment is not yet ready.

Purified water is provided.  Apartments have full-size stoves and ovens, refrigerators, microwaves. Every apartment has a private safe.  Pots, pans, dishware, cookware and cooking tools are supplied.

A gas grill by the pool is shared by the five apartments.

Bluetooth speakers are available, please request at check-in.
